    In 1863, the Frères des Ecoles Chrétiennes launched the construction of a chapel, inspired by Metz Cathedral, on the site of Beauregard Hospital. The neo-Gothic chapel was completed in 1870.     In 1863, the Frères des Ecoles Chrétiennes launched the construction of a chapel, inspired by Metz Cathedral, on the site of Beauregard Hospital. The neo-Gothic chapel was completed in 1870. Thanks to a gift from Mrs. Laydecker, the monumental bell tower built at the end of the century gave the church its nickname of "Cathedral of the Fensch".
    Don't delay in discovering its Gothic interior, its twenty-metre nave, its Way of the Cross and its white stone main chapel housing no fewer than 15 statuettes! Don't wait until it's too late!
