Pascale Cannata set up as a market gardener in Gandren since 2011, and sells vegetables, fruit, edible flowers (saffron) and herbs. All her organic and seasonal produce can be purchased at the area’s markets, fairs and shows, or are available to order. You will also find craft-produced pickles, cider vinegar, fresh pestos, herbal teas, jams and jellies.
