After some fifteen years in hairdressing, Delfine was keen to explore the possibilities of sugar paste and Cake Design and created Lady Gâteaux by Delfine in 2015. Since then, she's been crafting your fairytale or realistic desires to make your events an incomparable gustatory and visual memory. Her experience in cake design allows her, with each creation, to blend your imagination with her talent in pastry-making to create the cake of your dreams.

All Delfine's creations are personalized, thought out and made-to-measure. Committed to a job well done, she's always ready to listen to you and create the gourmet dream for all your events: weddings, christenings, communions, works councils, etc.

She has been awarded the MOSL Quality label for her range of cupcakes: kinder, raspberry, praline, lemon, strawberry caramel, peanut and speculoos.
