Return conditions and cancellation form
Returns are possible provided that the items are returned in perfect condition.
Returns may be made within 14 days.
Pays Thionvillois Tourisme reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or products that are not in the same condition as when received by the customer.
General information about delivery:
Products are sent by Colissimo or lettre suivie via La Poste. The delivery date of the products ordered is calculated according to the postcode of the place of deposit and that of destination.
To France: 3 days maximum delivery time
To Europe: 6 days maximum delivery time

Specific instructions for delivery abroad
For deliveries abroad, customs duties and taxes of all kinds may be charged, which are not included in the total price.

- Payment on collection of parcel
Select this option to reserve your click & collect.
As soon as your order is ready, we will inform you by e-mail. Once we have received this confirmation, you can collect your order from the Tourist Office from Monday to Friday between 10am and 5pm.
- By cheque
Cheque payable to Pays Thionvillois Tourisme.
Your order will be sent to you once the cheque has been received.
