  • A show that's neither really short nor really long, but packed with HYPER-modern technology Being beautiful is great, but being the most beautiful is dangerous. To avoid risking her life, Snow White has to hide in the forest, where she'll find some sizeable allies... well, small ones. After 3 Little Pigs, Théâtre Magnetic gets down to the business of dismantling another fairy tale, still using object theater, still offbeat.

A show that's neither really short nor really long, but packed with HYPER-modern technology Being beautiful is great, but being the most beautiful is dangerous. To avoid risking her life, Snow White has to hide in the forest, where she'll find some sizeable allies... well, small ones. After 3 Little Pigs, Théâtre Magnetic gets down to the business of dismantling another fairy tale, still using object theater, still offbeat.

Who's afraid of the big bad wolf? Certainly not the iconoclastic Bernard Boudru, who enjoys twisting the allegory of this popular tale for small children. Instead, the Belgian puppeteer turns his attention to the grown-ups, with a carnivorous version that's a world away from Disney's watered-down version. The famous little pigs - Jean-Claude, a temperamental character who can only say no, Paul-Emmanuel, doped up on amphetamines, and Patricia, a compulsive mover - meet a very different fate. For one of them, it even ends in a love story. Performed by figurines and stuffed animals, the story is irresistibly comic. A delight, even for vegetarians!

"An intensely delirious object-theater show, or how two bickering, very clumsy actors can reinvent the famous tale by transposing it to the age of the smartphone. Very lively, devilishly funny and inventive, for a great slice of laughter."
