EXPOSITION - MYCOLOGIQUE

Meadow and woodland mushrooms are well known, and some species are cultivated. These include amanitas, agarics, boletes and others.
Alongside these large mushrooms, visible to the naked eye, there are many less spectacular and often microscopic fungi that are of major economic, health and ecological importance: yeasts and moulds.
